Flat bottom valve seat
The traditional gate valve is often silted in the groove at the bottom of the valve due to foreign objects such as stones, wood blocks, cement, paper scraps and sundries after the pipe is washed with water. It is easy to cause that it cannot be closed tightly and form water leakage. The bottom of the resiliend gate valve adopts the same flat bottom design as the water pipe, which is not easy to cause debris deposition and make the fluid unobstructed
Integral coating
The valve plate adopts high-quality rubber for internal and external sealing. The domestic first-class rubber vulcanization technology enables the vulcanized valve plate to ensure accurate geometric dimensions, and the rubber is firmly connected with the ductile iron gate, which is not easy to fall off and has good elastic memory.
Corrosion resistance
The valve body is coated with powder epoxy resin, which can prevent the corrosion and rust of the valve body and can be used in the sewage system.
Not easy to break
In the past, the traditional cast iron gate valve was often broken due to the impact, collision or overlap of foreign objects. Since the valve is made of nodular cast iron, this situation can be greatly reduced.
Three "O" ring seal
Because the valve stem adopts the sealing design of three "0" ring sealing ring, it can reduce the friction resistance during switching, greatly reduce the phenomenon of water leakage and replace the sealing ring without water supply.
Conducive to health drink
As the interior of the valve body is coated with non-toxic epoxy resin, the inner and outer surfaces of the ram are completely covered with rubber without rust or corrosion, which can be used for raw drinking.
Precision casting valve body
The valve body adopts precision casting, and the precise geometric dimension makes the valve body without any finishing processing to ensure the tightness of the valve.
Light weight
The valve is made of nodular cast iron, which is about 20% - 30% lighter than the traditional gate valve. Easy installation and maintenance.
